1-1.5 Hours 'COMPREHENSIVE' Nutrition and Wellness consultation

One on one consultations involve a holistic look at your lifestyle choices and body systems and how they are functioning. They are designed to find the root cause of any health issues.

Before the initial face to face consultation the client fills out a client registration form and 3 day food and symptom diary.

Face to face consultations are tailored to meet your specific health goals and include physical assessments if required.

Blood, stool or hormonal tests may be recommended to confirm the root cause of the ailment. 

From all the information gathered a treatment plan is devised with specific food and lifestyle advice clearly explained on how to implement the treatment plan into daily life.

Practitioner only supplements maybe advised to correct nutritional deficiencies but food sources will always be considered first.

45min 'ON THE GO' Nutrition & Wellness consultation

This 45 minute one on one consultation is not looking at body system involvement but rather focuses on the sustainable management of diet and exercise regimes that are already underway.

Clients will receive a set of the session notes at the end of the consultation.

 

Practitioner only supplements maybe advised to correct nutritional deficiencies but food sources will always be considered first.

Workplace Wellness packages

Workplace wellness programs / initiatives and group seminars are designed to educate and improve productivity in an engaging way that results in sustainable change.

 

Tailored individual sessions with employees provide specific health information including current nutrition and wellness information specific to work environments and ongoing support between sessions.
