Superhuman Smoothie Bowl



This is my favourite thing at the moment! Perfect if you crave sweet but need sustained energy!!

Smoothie bowls have been a hit for a while and I was comparing ideas with a friend the other day and she gave this one the thumbs up too - taste, nutrient content and made in a minute!

Superhuman Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

1/2 avocado

1/2 cup organic frozen blueberries

1 handful spinach

1 tsp spirulina (just because you can and nobody would be the wiser aka kids)

1 TBS LSC (linseed, sunflower and chia)

2 TBS Nutraorganics Thriving cacao choco protein powder (Can buy here)

1 heaped tsp Nutraorganics Super Greens and Reds (Can buy here)

1 cup 100% coconut water

Toppings: (not necessary but looks pretty) Thinly sliced organic frozen strawberries, sliced coconut and cocao nibs

Method:

Put all ingredients except toppings into blender and process till smooth.

Scoop into a bowl and throw toppings of choice on and demolish.
