Realize what you’re truly capable of in this empowering session. Cultivate superhuman resilience through mastering the three pillars of the scientifically validated Wim Hof Method: Breathing, Mindset, and Cold exposure. This session is tailored to meet your specific requirements. You will come to the Live Wild Alpine Studio to learn the Breathing Techniques and science behind the method. Acquire an understanding of the benefits and setting the mindset before the optional experience of the cold exposure component. You can choose to experience this in an Ice bath or go down to Lake Wakatipu for a natural setting. There is the option to make this experience into a Wim Hof Method Adventure Day by adding on a: Hike component to a glacial lake for the cold immersion (weather dependent) - An extra $230 per person OR A Helicopter flight into Lord of the Rings scenery for cold immersion under the Earnslaw glacier - An extra $750 per person. Cancellation Policy

For Nutritional & Holistic health Consultations Please contact me by phone 021506060 to notify me of a cancellation or requirement to reschedule a minimum of 24 hours prior to your booked appointment. For Cancellations & Re scheduling, Please take note: You will receive a full refund of your prepaid appointment fee, for cancellations / rescheduling up until 24 hours prior to your booked appointment. Where no communication is made and a no show occurs you will not receive a refund of your appointment fee. Cancellation Policy for Events: Cancellation due to Covid lockdowns - Full refund Cancellations communicated up to 30 days prior to the event: You are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 30 days of the event: As the event is closed to new participants, hiring, catering etc is already incurred for your participation, refunds will not be processed.
